My first expierience at the Albany Marriott i was positioned at the bell stand with will. I never knew how much a bellstand person does. If a customer wants to go to the airport or out to eat the bellstand person will bring them in the Marriott van in the front of the hotel. The first impression of your expierience starts with the bellstand.
